This is your official notice of the 91st Annual Meeting of the Iowa Heartland Credit Union. The meeting will be held at the Prime N’ Wine, 3000 4th Street SW in Mason City, Iowa on Saturday, April 27, 2024.
The business meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. and the dinner buffet will start after the business meeting. Tickets are available at $15.00 each for the dinner and are on sale on a first come first serve basis starting March 25, 2024.
An important item of business is the election of directors. The Board recommends the following individuals for a three (3) year term ending December 2026.
Jennifer Mobley has been serving on the board since 2019 and is currently the Vice Chair. Jennifer is
the Controller with Heartland Asphalt.
Daryl Johnson is retired from Smithfield/ConAgra/Armour plant after more than 27 years of service.
Larry Behrends is retired from the Heartland Paper Company after many years of service.
Carol Boehlje is retired from Smithfield.
Erika Elbert works in Human Resources at Curries.
No nominations will be taken from the floor at the annual meeting. All interested members may contact Cindy Stephenson at the credit union and she will provide you with those requirements necessary to have your request reviewed by the Nominating Committee who will then provide a final ballot of eligible candidates. You must contact her no later than March 18, 2024.
Ballots will become available at the credit union starting April 1, 2024. You can stop in and vote. A ballot can be mailed to you. All ballots must be returned to the office no later than April 15, 2024; if you mail it
back, the post mark can be no later than April 15 th as well.
